Kid’s Fitness Programs
Enhance your child’s confidence and promote self expression through our High Flyers Children’s Dance Class. Our 30 minute High Flyers class is for Children ages 3-5 and takes place Fridays at 10:30 am. See the flyer below for more details.
Help your child enhance their health and flexibility through our children’s yoga class. Kid’s Yoga with Kim is a 45 minute class open to children ages 3-6. Classes are held Wednesdays at 10:00am. See the flyer below for more details.
Our children’s tumbling programs can help your child build coordination and confidence. Our 30 minute Move with Me class is for children ages 1 & 2 (with adult participation), and is held Tuesdays at 10:00am & Thursdays at 11:00am. Tumble Tots offer 30 minutes of strenght and flexibility training for children ages 3-5 on Monday at 4:00pm and Tuesdays at 9:30am.
